Welcome to the Tucson CoDA Website

Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA)

is a program of recovery from codependency. It is a fellowship of people whose common purpose is to develop healthy and loving relationships with ourselves, others and a Higher Power of our own choosing. It is a place where each of us may share our experience, strength and hope in our efforts to find freedom where there has been bondage and peace where there has been turmoil in our relationships with others and ourselves. CoDA follows a Twelve Step Program that is the central part of its suggested recovery program. As such, it is a spiritual, not religious, program. CoDA meetings provide a safe and anonymous place to work through any issues arising from codependence. The best way to get started is to choose a meeting from the list on this site and simply attend a meeting. You do not need to formally “join” a group. If you decide CoDA is for you, simply attending a meeting makes you a member. Welcome to CoDA!
